TERMS OF USE OF THE VALUE VOUCHER:

• GENERAL VALUE VOUCHERS CAN ONLY BE USED ON WEEKDAYS – WORKING DAYS FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 08:00 TO 22:00
• THE VALUE VOUCHER IS USED ONE TIME AND IS NOT DIVIDABLE
• THE VOUCHER IS VALID EXCLUSIVELY IN THE NAME OF WHOM IT IS ISSUED
• IN CASE OF TRANSFER TO ANOTHER NAME THE VOUCHER CAN BE TRANSFERRED – REPLACE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PLATFORM WHERE AVAILABLE
• THE VOUCHER CAN BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE MENU – FOOD AND CUISINE SPECIALTIES
• THE VOUCHER VALUE IS REFUNDED (DEDUCTIBLE) WHEN PAYING THE BILL MADE BY THE VOUCHER USER ONLY FOR FOOD MENUS AND FOOD SPECIALTIES
• THE PARTNER IS NOT OBLIGATED TO APPROVE THE VOUCHER FOR USE IF THE HOLDER OF THE VOUCHER DOES NOT IDENTIFY AS THE OWNER OF THE VALUE VOUCHER OR IT IS NOT REGISTERED THROUGH THE PLATFORM WHERE THERE IS
• WHERE AVAILABLE WILL ALLOW THE USER OF THE VALUE VOUCHER TO USE IT NO EARLIER THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ACQUISITION OF THE SAME
